Parse for agents and loan officers

Parse lead emails automatically, so you call back first

Zillow, Realtor.com and website leads become clean rows and Zaps seconds after they arrive.

Free tier on every product. No card.

The template gallery in the Parse console. Example selection.

If you parse lead emails by hand, copying names and phone numbers from portal notifications into a spreadsheet or a CRM, every lead waits until you have time. SyncYak Parse reads each lead email as it arrives and pulls out the name, email, phone, property address and price, then sends them to your Google Sheet, a Zap or your CRM within seconds.

There is nothing to code. You forward your lead emails to your Parse inbox and pick the templates for the sources you use.

How it works

Parse lead emails in three steps

  1. Get your lead inbox

Switch Parse on and you get an inbox such as kldnurgi@parse.syncyak.com straight away. Add the Zillow or Realtor.com template in one click.

  2. Forward your lead emails

Set a forward in Gmail or Outlook, or give the inbox address to your portals as the lead email.

  3. Choose where leads go

Share a Google Sheet with SyncYak, paste a Zapier Catch Hook URL, or add your webhook. The next lead arrives there in seconds.

A real estate lead parser with templates for your portals

Ready-made templates know how Zillow buyer and seller leads, Zillow mortgage leads, Realtor.com, IDX website registrations, CINC, BoomTown, Follow Up Boss, Velocify, Firepoint, eLead Network and paid social lead forms lay out their emails. Each one sends the same field names, so leads from every source line up in the same columns.

A catch-all template comes with them, so a portal that changes its email layout still delivers the name, email and phone while the specific template is updated.

  • full_name, first_name, last_name, email, phone
  • property_address, city, state, zip code, price, listing URL
  • loan_amount and interest rate for mortgage leads

Extract leads from email without losing one

Every email is kept for your plan’s retention period whether it parsed or not, and you can replay any message after editing a template.

Use cases

Who uses a lead email parser

  • Solo agents

Leads in a sheet on your phone the minute they arrive, so you can call between showings.

  • Loan officers

Pre-approval requests from several sources in one list with the same columns.

  • Team leads

One inbox for the team, with a lookup that adds the agent for each lead.

What you get with Parse

Parse is the email parsing product of SyncYak. Every account gets an inbox on parse.syncyak.com the moment Parse is switched on, every email it receives is stored before it is parsed, and each parsed email can go to any number of destinations: a Google Sheet, a Zapier, Make or n8n hook, or your own webhook.

Free parses 100 emails a month in 2 inboxes. Hobby is $9 a month for 1,000 emails and 10 inboxes, with your own domain from Hobby and Google Sheets lookups from Hobby. Pro is $29 for 5,000 emails.

  • Ready-made templates for Zillow, Realtor.com, IDX registrations, CINC, BoomTown, Follow Up Boss, Velocify and paid social lead forms, plus a catch-all
  • Rules by label, regex, CSS selector or mailparser.io filter chain, tested against real messages
  • Signed deliveries (X-SyncYak-Signature), retried for about an hour on timeouts and server errors, and replayable
  • Sub-addresses (inbox+zillow@…) to tell sources apart, and mailparser.io’s form payload format when a receiver expects it

Frequently asked questions

Something else? Write to contact@syncyak.com and a person answers.

Do I need to change where portals send leads?

No. Forward the emails from your own inbox with a filter, or change the lead email in the portal to your Parse address. Either works.

Which phone format do I get?

Templates normalize US numbers to 10 digits, dropping a leading 1, so phone numbers sort and match.

What if a lead email is unusual?

The catch-all template still extracts the basics, and you can add your own rules for anything specific.

Is there a free plan for Parse?

Yes. Parse has a free tier with no card and no end date: 100 emails a month, 2 inboxes, google sheets, zapier and webhooks. Paid tiers start at $9 a month, and you can move up or down at any time.

Can I use the other SyncYak products on the same account?

Yes. Email parsing, the mailbox API, CRM sync, error tracking and tunnels share one login, one team, one API key system and one bill. Each product has its own tier, so you only pay more for the one that grows.
