For developers and CTOs

Five integrations you would build yourself, behind one API key.

Mailboxes, parsing, CRM sync, error tracking and tunnels, compatible with Nylas v3, Rollbar and ngrok, and a drop-in replacement for mailparser.io.

Free tier on every product. No card. All five APIs included.

# Send from a connected Gmail (Nylas v3 format)
curl -X POST $API/v3/grants/$GRANT/messages/send \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $SYNCYAK_API_KEY" \
  -d '{"to":[{"email":"sam@example.com"}],

       "body":"See you at 10."}'

Jobs it does

The integrations on your roadmap, already built

Each one is a product with its own API, console, plan and free tier.

  • Let your users connect their mailboxes

Hosted OAuth on your own Google and Microsoft apps, plus IMAP. You get a grant id; new mail arrives as signed webhooks; send with POST /v3/grants/{id}/messages/send.

    Done with: Mail

  • Turn inbound email into JSON

Inboxes on parse.syncyak.com or your domain, templates and rules you test against real messages, signed webhooks retried on failure, SendGrid Inbound Parse compatible.

    Done with: Parse

  • Get CRM data into your own database

Eight real-estate CRMs into Postgres or MySQL, a typed _flat view per table, CRM webhooks from Hobby, and a from_syncyak_ table that writes back.

    Done with: CRM

  • Know when production breaks

The Rollbar SDKs with one endpoint changed: grouping, live tail, source maps, deploys, Slack and Datadog.

    Done with: Cloud Logging

  • Test webhooks against localhost

syncyak http 3000 on Windows, macOS and Linux, reserved subdomains from Hobby, and a request inspector.

    Done with: Tunnel

How it works

From sign-up to first request in three steps

  1. Create an account and an API key

Every product starts on Free. Keys can cover all five products or only the ones a service needs.

    Every API
    Authorization: Bearer sy_live_…
  2. Point your code at SyncYak

Change the host or the endpoint in the SDK you already run, or call the REST API. Webhooks are JSON, signed with HMAC-SHA256.

    Rollbar SDK
    endpoint: 'https://api.syncyak.com/api/1/item/'
  3. Scale one product at a time

Move the busy product up a tier, or switch on on-demand usage with a monthly cap. The others stay where they are.

Before and after

What leaves your backlog

Integration work that never ships features, before and after.

  • Mailbox integration

Google and Microsoft OAuth, token refresh, IMAP fallbacks, push notifications and a send queue, all yours to maintain.

A hosted connect page on your own OAuth apps, webhooks for new mail, and one send endpoint in the Nylas v3 format.

  • Lead email parsing

Regexes per portal that break when a vendor changes its template, and a retry loop around your webhook.

Templates for the common portals, a catch-all, rules you test against real messages, signed deliveries with retries.

  • CRM data

A sync job per CRM API, with its own rate limits, pagination and schema drift.

Eight CRMs in your own Postgres or MySQL, a typed view per table, and field mapping back to the CRM.

Example situations, to show how the products fit a working day.

CRM enrichment

Your sheet or your database becomes your CRM’s enrichment engine

Write scores, segments and flags into a table in your own Postgres or MySQL, from SQL, a scheduled job or a scoring model. Whenever a row is inserted or changed, SyncYak writes it into the matching lead in Follow Up Boss, Lofty, HighLevel or Cloze.

  1. Your leads land in your database

Every CRM lead syncs into to_syncyak_acme_people, one row per lead with its CRM id, plus a typed _flat view.

  2. Map each column to a field

Write values into from_syncyak_acme_people, keyed by the same id, and map each column to a CRM field. Missing fields are created.

  3. Update a row, the CRM follows

Only inserted or changed rows are written, at your plan’s pace. An empty value never clears a CRM field.

Postgres: score a lead
insert into from_syncyak_acme_people
  (id, lead_score, persona, pre_approved)
values ('4821', 87, 'First-time buyer', true)
on conflict (id) do update set
  lead_score   = excluded.lead_score,
  persona      = excluded.persona,
  pre_approved = excluded.pre_approved;

Included from CRM Hobby, $29 a month.

Build it, stitch it, or SyncYak

Five vendors and five bills, or one account

Building these yourself means OAuth and token refresh, IMAP, parsing rules, retries, an ETL per CRM API, and keeping all of it running. Stitching vendors means five contracts. Here are the published list prices.

Reliability

Built so a bad hour does not lose data

The details an on-call engineer asks about first.

  • Store first, then process

Inbound email is written to disk before parsing; webhook deliveries keep a history you can replay.

  • Retries with backoff

Timeouts, 408, 429 and 5xx answers are retried for about an hour, 30 seconds doubling. Any 2xx is final, so a lead is never created twice.

  • Any server answers

DNS lists every node. A request that lands on the wrong one is forwarded, signed, to the node holding your account.

  • Limits with headroom

Monthly counters run 10% past the plan before they stop, and owners are emailed at 80% and 100%.

  • Scoped credentials

API keys per product, signing secrets per inbox and per webhook, rotatable at any time.

  • Your database, your data

CRM sync writes into your Postgres or MySQL; SyncYak keeps queues, not a second copy of your CRM.

Pricing

Start every API on Free, pay per product as it grows

Each product has its own tier, so a busy Parse inbox does not push your tunnels onto a bigger plan. Past a monthly limit, switch on on-demand usage with a cap instead of upgrading.

$67a month for all five products on Hobby. All five on Free cost $0.

Questions developers ask

Something else? Write to contact@syncyak.com and a person answers.

How do I authenticate?

With an account API key in the Authorization header: Bearer sy_live_…. Create keys in the dashboard; each can cover every product or a list of them. Mail also accepts its application secret, as Nylas does.

Are there SDKs?

Use the ones you have: Nylas v3 clients for Mail and the Rollbar SDKs for Cloud Logging. Parse and CRM are plain REST and webhooks, and Tunnel is a single CLI binary.

How are webhooks signed?

Parse sends X-SyncYak-Signature: the timestamp and an HMAC-SHA256 of the timestamp and body with the inbox’s secret. Mail sends X-Nylas-Signature, as Nylas does. Refuse old timestamps and compare in constant time.

What does it cost when we grow?

Each product is priced on its own, so you pay for the one that grows. All five on Hobby is $67 a month; past a monthly limit, on-demand usage is billed per unit up to a cap you set.

Your API key is one form away
